The joy of our floral cotton dress is in the layers. We've crafted the top one from colourful printed fabric and given it frilly edges. It then opens at the front to reveal a fully lined, tiered skirt, which ripples with ruffles to match the cuffs. Netting underneath creates a full shape fit for floating majestically around the home-turned-imaginary-palace. A contrast belted waist adds a final pop of brightness.
